PARIS – ANTANANARIVO

Take off for Tana.

ANTANANARIVO-ANTSIRABE

Drive to Antsirabe. Discovered mountainous area of the highlands.

ANTSIRABE – AMBOSITRA

Proceed by car to Ambositra, capital of the Malagasy hand craft.

AMBOSITRA – RANOMAFANA

Drive to Ranomafana. Night visit of the reserve.

RANOMAFANA

A beautiful walk with the National park of Ranomafana which is a wet tropical forest.

RANOMAFANA – ANDRINGITRA

Proceed by car to Andringitra.

ANDRINGITRA

The Park rests on a base of crystalline rock of granite. A Broad diversity of ecosystem going from the rain forest of low altitude to the meadows of high mountains.

ANDRINGITRA – RANOHIRA

Proceed by car to Ranohira. Ambalavao: visit workshop of factory of famous Antemoro paper, then small escapade to see the lemurs Catta (Maki), beautiful panoramic sight and endemic and medicinal plants of the area in the Park of Anja.

RANOHIRA

Isalo is a premier hiking destination with its scenery reminiscent of the mountainous landscape of Arizona’s canyons. There are some Ringtail lemurs and Sifakas in dense vegetation along the streams but it is the combination of sandstone rocks, the colours of the eroded terrain and the sweeping panoramas that make Isalo particularly rewarding.

RANOHIRA – TULEAR - ANAKAO

Drive to Tuléar. Transfer by boat to Anakao.

ANAKAO

Excursion in the island of Nosy Ve which is home to a breeding colony of Red Tailed Tropical Birds.

ANAKAO – TULEAR – MORONDAVA

Transfer by boat to Tuléar. Flight to Morondava.

MORONDAVA – BEKOPAKA

Drive to Bekopaka.

BEKOPAKA

Seasonal excursion with walk through the famous single pointed rocks in the world. Many panoramas. Tsingy de Bemaraha Strict Nature Reserve comprises karstic landscapes and limestone uplands cut into impressive 'tsingy' peaks and a 'forest' of limestone needles, the spectacular canyon of the Manambolo River, rolling hills and high peaks. The undisturbed forests, lakes and mangrove swamps are the habitat for rare and endangered lemurs and birds.

BEKOPAKA – MORONDAVA

Proceed by car to Morondava.

MORONDAVA – ANTANANARIVO

Flight to Tana.

ANTANANARIVO – ANDASIBE

Drive to Andasibe. Mandraka, animal’s breeding centre: butterflies, reptiles etc...

ANDASIBE – TOAMASINA

Visit of the reserve: about of 3 hours walking to discover the wet forest of perinet, meeting of Indri Indri, the largest lemur of Madagascar, medicinal and endemic plants... Drive to Toamasina.
